A: We offer a twelve-month warranty for copper wire motor pumps and a nine-month warranty for aluminum wire pumps. During this period, any quality issues related to our production will be addressed with free replacement parts and video maintenance guides.

Q: How do you deliver? Can you ship to my address?

A: We handle both Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) orders. For FCL orders, we can book containers or collaborate with your designated shipping agent. For LCL orders, simply provide your delivery address, and we’ll take care of the logistics.
