Why we are at the fair again
The Canton Fair has been running since 1957 and remains the single most efficient place in the world to compare water pump suppliers face to face. Two halls of walking beats two months of email.
We exhibit because pumps are physical products that fail or succeed on details you cannot see in a PDF: how a stage stack is machined, how a motor is wound and varnished, how a unit behaves on a test bench. At the booth you can pick a pump up, turn it over, and ask the person who builds it what happens when the well draws down or the water carries sand.

Plan your visit: three things to do before you fly
1. Register as a buyer and sort your badge in advance. Buyer registration is handled on the official fair site, and collecting your badge on arrival is much faster when the paperwork is already done. 2. Check the phase. The Canton Fair runs in three phases across roughly three weeks, and each phase covers different product categories. 3. Book your meeting with us before the halls fill up. Fair days are long and the good conversations happen early. Send us your product list and target markets and we will pre-select models, prepare pricing for your quantities, and have a technical colleague ready rather than improvising.
What to bring if you want a genuinely useful meeting
- Your duty point — required flow rate, total head, and whether the source is a borehole, a tank, a mains line or surface water
- Your market — voltage and frequency, plug and certification requirements, language of the manual and nameplate
- Your commercial frame — target price band, expected annual volume, and whether you need OEM branding
- Your packaging needs — retail carton, master carton, pallet configuration, container loading preference
Bring those four things and we can usually quote meaningfully at the table rather than promising an answer by email afterwards.
Where our buyers come from
Our export business is concentrated in Eastern Europe, North America, Africa and the Middle East, and the fair is where most of those relationships started. If you are already importing pumps and looking for a second or replacement supplier, the conversation at the booth is usually about three things: consistency between shipments, what happens when something fails, and how quickly a spare can be shipped.

Do you offer OEM and private-label branding? Yes. Nameplate branding, packaging, colour and manual localisation are all possible; tooling-dependent changes are the only ones that need extra lead time. Tell us your requirement in advance so we can confirm exactly what is feasible on your target models.
What if I cannot attend the fair? Tell us your duty point and market by email or through our contact page, and we will quote and send documentation the same way. Many of our long-standing customers started as a document exchange, not a handshake.
