Quality Control Process
Quality is controlled at every stage, not only at final inspection.
- Incoming material control — steel, copper winding wire and purchased parts are checked against specification before release to production.
- In-process inspection — dimensional and electrical checks at machining and winding stages.
- Assembly control — standardized assembly with in-house manufactured critical components.
- Performance & safety testing — pump performance, pressure and electrical safety testing before packing.
- Final inspection & packaging — finished goods inspected and packed for export.

Warranty Policy
We stand behind every pump we manufacture.
- Warranty period — 12 months from the date of shipment.
- Coverage — manufacturing defects in the pump body, motor and electrical components.
- Exclusions — wearing parts (seals, bearings, impellers) and damage caused by incorrect installation, improper power supply, dry running, or unauthorized modification.
- Claim process — contact us with the order number, model, and photos or video of the issue. Verified defects are resolved by replacement of the defective part or unit, or by repair, at our option.
- Response time — initial reply within one working day.
